Shipping Information

All domestic orders are shipped FREE via United States Postal Service first class or priority mail, utilizing  delivery confirmation . All orders are shipped from our distribution center in NY, USA.

Please allow 1-4  days for delivery. International deliveries typically take around 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Warranty Info

We offer a full 30 day warranty against manufacturing defect and failure from the date you received the item. If you have a warranty issue please contact us at sales@basketbounty.com. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Return Information

We offer a 10 day return policy from when the item is received. We will only accept a return if the item is Brand New in the packaging and has not been used. Do to the intimate nature of the electronic cigarette, we will not accept any returns that have been used. Any unused components can be returned for a refund. Customer is responsible for original shipping charges.
